Complaint from Stacey Montefusco Elizabeth City, NC5 months agoI received a haircut that is choppy, weight lines not blended. I asked her to Texturize my hair. She kept cutting instead of Texturizing like I asked. I also told her a Bob and when I looked in the mirror she angled the ends down and not a blunt Bob. The technique was old and not edgy at all. Never ever going back. Pam was the Stylist.
